Week 8 EOC: Is she fair game.

With the experience and the knowledge that I’ve acquired, I do feel that any image is fair game. Of course the subject must be in public but now in these days a subject could be out of the public’s eye and they are still being exposed and those images are fair game.

Tons of photographers in the world are out in public looking fair that right moment and being able to have the advantage to capture that moment. In legal aspects anybody that is out in public is able to capture an image of anyone. They call this photojournalism. The public is for the public and what ever is being done in public is for the public’s interest to know about it.
